Background

In late September 2020, Victoria’s COVID-19 case numbers continued to be high, hospital admissions were growing and, tragically, people were dying.

CHALLENGE

COVID fatigue was real. After 6 months of restrictions Victorians were beginning to become tired and complacent. We needed to add another layer to step up our behaviour change program. We needed a new way in, to talk to people on a personal level about the devastating and ongoing effects of COVID-19.

sOLUTION

Personal stories from direct experiences with emotional appeal. Filmed in their homes using state-of-the art remotely operated technology, we were able to tell the stories of these brave COVID survivors in their own words.

 

ReSULTS

Frontline Stories gave our campaign a new and confronting edge that cut through. And helped change behaviour. Beyond the numbers.
